Wedding Process

Your wedding is an important day. We understand the planning process can be stressful and time consuming.  Let us help you check the wedding cake off your list.  We understand that you are busy so we’re happy to discuss your requirements in a way that is best suited for you – on the phone, via email or in person. We promise that we will do what we can to make the cake process as easy and stress free for you as possible. From communicating with you during the process and offering design solutions to coordinating with your wedding planner/ venue to arrange delivery.
 

The Consultation & Cake Tasting
Cake tastings are available by request once the order is confirmed and a deposit is accepted. Not all flavors will be available during the tasting. During the meeting we will also finalize the design of your cake. If you should need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you contact us no later than 48 hours in advance. All consultations are by Appointment Only.  Please call or email to see if your date is available and schedule an appointment.  Consultations are encouraged but not required.  Consultations & Tastings are reserved for Wedding cakes and cakes over $400.00.  All other orders may be placed via phone or email. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, which goes toward your total balance.  The final balance is due two weeks prior to the event date.  Additional changes are possible up to two weeks prior to the event date.  Consultations allow us to discuss your cake design, flavor and pricing details.  Only after we have accepted a deposit will your date be reserved. We recommend allowing 2 – 3 months notice. When contacting us, we request that you provide us with the following information, the more details/pictures you can provide us, the sooner we can come back with design ideas.

What style do you like (ie. Modern, feminine, bold…etc)
The venue (is it big, small, rustic…etc)

Confirming your booking
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and confirm your booking. We only take a limited number of bookings each week to ensure we spend quality time with each creation and we can’t guarantee your order until a deposit is placed. 

Full payment is then required two weeks before the delivery/pick up date. Please note that the cake will not be delivered or allowed to be picked up if it is not fully paid.
